Shaft has 3-4 nicely shaped fins with great spacing - one rest tab, an intermediate loader and two full length loaders right at the rear.

Two holes for line attachment, one at the mechanism cutout and one further up. Both holes are smooth and polished, eliminating the risk of damage and cutting to shooting line.
