Speargun comes with ambidextrous white handle grip and Meandros unique profile 28mm railed black barrel. It is equally useable by both beginners and advanced spearos. It is also suggested for the experienced and highly demanding spearo that hunts in caves or reefs.
It consists of the most advanced ergonomic handle, with a particularly low profile and a non-slip, obtuse anatomic white grip. It has a loading butt and inverted full stainless steel heavy duty trigger mechanism with minimal weight and maximum sensitivity.
The reverse mechanism extends the loading length by 9.5 cm over conventional spearguns. It has an ambidextrous mechanical side line release, water balance to improve shaft speed, reduced friction guide and ambidextrous shooting line guide. Included bore hole allows easy adaptations to invert and roller style spearguns.
The included reel mount of the handle will fit any of the Meandros Reels, or other flat mount fixed reel. Handle does not have a safety.
The tubular barrel is made of aluminum alloy with an integrated, V-shaped, rail guide with water cavity beneath the spear. This v-shape which delivers stiffness with a minimum weight of positive buoyancy of 3.7 gr / cm. The thickness of the barrel wall varies around the circumference for improved strength and stiffness with less weight (1.00mm -1.45mm depending on the stress point). This is an engineering improvement on the rest of the circular tubes in the market.
Speargun comes with a Meandros B28 Open Muzzle style head, for up to two rubbers. The open head has a particularly elegant hydrodynamic design that makes the movement of the gun in any direction a simple easy task. The double bands are positioned in the muzzle in a different position and height, which contributes to agility, responsiveness, avoidance of vibration and friction between them.
Speargun comes naked allowing you the freedom of choice of rubber and spear type and diameters depending on your specific hunting requirements.
