A 3mm thick Heiwa neoprene all-in-one sleeveless vest and shorts suit, with black extra strong elastic nylon outer and blue thermic inside. Vastly improves warmth when worn alone or under another suit or with just a jacket, whilst not impeding flexibility, by adding unnecessary thickness to your arms and legs.

This is an inexpensive and flexible option to double the warmth of your existing suit, when cold conditions prevail. Eliminates the need for owning a second thicker jacket for colder conditions.
