Breakaway tip made of 17-4 PH hardened stainless steel,machined from billet steel. Twin hardened floppers, guranteed to open no matter what orientation of spear shaft.

Streamlined shape is 145mm long. Can simply and easily replace stainless wire with other wire or spectra/ dyneema line when needed.

Strong stainless steel tether wire provides added durablity when sharks are an issue or when fishing in sharp benthic ground or wrecks or oil rigs.

Fits threaded shaft with 7mm (M7) thread, or use with one of our threaded adapters for other thread sizes.

Positive parallel lock fit ensures no complications of head falling off or requiring tensioning, common in slip-tips.

Most commonly used for soft bodied mid-water and pelagic fish such as kingfish, mackeral, wahoo, dolphin fish. Also great for tough reef species that go to ground.
